The Jefferson School City Center renovation project will be ready for occupancy Late 2012. The project began September 8, 2009 and underwent several architectural, landscape, civil, structural, and mechanical design stages. The Partnership secured site plan approval from the City of Charlottesville prior to the commencement of construction in September 2011. The renovation of the core building and construction of the site should take 12-14 months.
